gunilla11 According to PoshMark you cancelled my order because you thought it was a scam, that I didn’t exist. You have also sent me several messages verifying this, and also said that the item got ruined when you sanitized it before potentially shipping. What’s going on here???!!

ramirez910 @gunilla11 Hello, yes we did say we believed it was a scam but we like we mentioned before usually poshmark contacts us back quickly and we always ship our items the same day so we wanted to have it ready for you in case poshmark told us that it was not a scam and that it was a real person. We are really sorry for al of this confusion. I understand your frustration and we are sorry.

ramirez910 @bondsie79 Hi! Yes it was an accident I contacted poshmark and I thought they were gonna contact you aswell but it seem not. If you could please open a case on you end and put a selection that says received wrong item for the tie you should be able to return it to us with out a problem. Thank you for being understanding. And I hope you liked the actual item that was yours!

ramirez910 @jensoko1 Hi, I am sorry to hear I hope you understand that we sent them to the address provided by Poshmark or the address on the costumers file. Poshmark auto sends the address to us. First thing check if you address is updated on Poshmark then if it is contact Poshmark to see if they can help us resolve this issue.

I have not seen them back yet but please send me your address and as soon as they come back I will send them to you. I understand your frustration but please understand that this was out of my hands because Poshmark send us the shipping label all we do is print it and send it. ramirez910 @jensoko1 once they arrive if they arrive because it shows as delivered but I haven’t seen them I will repost them and you can purchase them again if you like. Also you should be getting your money back from Poshmark back to your account.
