@elen30 hmm...I was going to write them but maybe you should since it sounds like a problem with your email? You could write to them and tell them that you are having email problems and ask them to resend a shipping label that was created on August 8th for a misshipped order?

@elen30 Right, but they're probably not going to send me an email that was originally intended for you...(I also don't have an email of yours for them to send it to.) Maybe you need to contact them so you can have access to your account email again?
