I found a site with more info about how to take the scents out (airing outside, soak in baking soda, rinse in vinegar dry in low heat dryer.) Many blessings to you! <3

j_melyn @allee11 I am glad you got your package. However, before rating if you can professionally communicate that will give a professional seller the chance to remedy any concern or process a refund. Seeing is how you managed to get two pair of earrings for the price of one plus a free pair of studs. Your rating was not warranted.

j_melyn @allee11 Items damaged and held up in transit by the post office are out of a Sellers’s hands. However, veteran sellers like myself would have refunded you once my items were returned back in the exact condition they were shipped in.

j_melyn @allee11 Very unfortunate you had over a thousand questions before you purchased and you were constantly in contact yet when it came time to communicate for a great reason you completely chose not to and went straight to leaving a very in earned rating with comments that you assumed not facts.

j_melyn @allee11 If items were damaged in transit, then I would have refunded and filed a claim with the post office. Also I ship when I say I do. I ship within a day. No idea how you can even dream of sayin I shipped it late? Most sellers ship 1-3 days. 99.9% of the time I ship in less that 24 hours.

j_melyn @allee11 You mentioned you were new to Posh. I would consider on future purchases to communicate with a seller anytime anything does not go 5 stars. Give a seller the right to make it better. Then if they refuse by all means deduct a star or two etc. Great sellers take their reimbursement very seriously, it’s our livelihood. So please next time communicate. Give sellers a chance to right any issues.

allee11 @j_melyn please accept my apology. I let the lack of sleep due to my elderly dog keeping me up at night interfere with paying more careful attention to this. I hear your points; they are well taken. Yes the post office delayed & damaged the package. I'll make the best of it & enjoy the earrings. I appreciate your service, & meant no harm. dermot1 Hey love...posh got back to me and said they couldn't send a delay shipping label. I would have to cancel the sale and hold it unless your post office can hold it for you...it should not be an issue from what the lady at my post office says

allee11 @dermot1 hi I just saw this. I am in the middle of a very long several day intensive training, and I am not at home. I don’t think I can cancel or hold the mail until the beginning of the week because we have someone staying at our house who might be getting mail. It’s complicated. The other possibility is to have it shipped to my daughter-in-law‘s house. Is that possible?

allee11 @anthrobyronlars thank you. Sadly this girl is no longer with us. She lived until she was 15-1/2 and was a wonderful dog. I miss her dearly, but we do have a new young dog who is a sweetheart too. 🐕🌈💖

allee11 @sazza98 hey thanks but no worries. I could have asked about the colors, because I know they don’t always show up accurately in photos on the phone and computer. I used the bag this evening when my husband and I went out and it worked perfectly, plus after thinking about it I realized that the darker color will be less likely to show dirt too. So it’s all good. If there is a way to go back and change my comment I’m happy to do it.
