appraiserguy I’m glad it’s working now! I spent some time putting a little oil on a q-tip but it still wasn’t working properly. I’m not interested in making any problems for you so I’m not sure why you would leave me a negative comment unnecessarily.

appraiserguy I didn’t purchase this bag to turn around and return it! I purchased this as a gift and I wasn’t happy with the zipper getting stuck when tried opening and closing it.
