saramorong I just figured out how to contact u i am so sorry but the label got printed on the wrong name so the boots went somewhere else. The lady contacted me an we r trying to get the boots to u i am so sorry i think the lady at the ups lady printed the wrong one i always just give her my phone an she does everything for me I am not sure who's fault but all I care is getting them to u.
