thestylingroom Hey Allie! I just checked the tracking for your order, and it says it's undeliverable. I called usps and they said you will need to contact them since I'm not the receiver of the package. Let me know!

thestylingroom @allielangford55 hey Allie, you have to update your address in posh, then contact posh support and let them know. I can't use this same label because it would be expired already and will go to the original address registered in the label's barcode. I'll email posh support too, but they will tell me that there's nothing they can do until you email them.

allielangford55 @thestylingroom okay I just put my apartment number with my address so that updated and I just messaged them the dilemma. Hopefully it's fixable, I'm so new to this lol

thestylingroom @allielangford55 no problem! Just FYI, they do take a while to respond so it could take 3-5 days before we hear back. So as a basic rundown of how shipping works, is you pay for priority shipping when you purchase anything on posh. It's 2-3 day expedited shipping. It's a huge discount off of what you would pay for priority shipping outside of posh.

thestylingroom @allielangford55 when a buyer purchases something from your closet, Poshmark emails a shipping label to you immediately. All you do is pack up the sale and slap the label on the box, then drop it off at the post office. It's simple and fast, which is nice for sellers.

thestylingroom @allielangford55 the downside is, posh has complete control over the labels, so if there are any issues, we have to contact posh support and wait for their reply.

thestylingroom @allielangford55 they do it this way in order to protect both buyer and seller though, which is a huge advantage to buying/selling on here. In this instance, if I didn't wait for the new label, I would have to pay shipping out of pocket, and they would have no way to release my funds from the sale because they wouldn't have the tracking information. They also wouldn't be able to protect you if anyone tried to scam you. It's a good thing, but takes some patience when an issue does come up lol

Is there anyway we can us the same label and just resend it but just right on the label apt #2326 right by my address? Because my address is all correct I just didn't know I had to put my apartment number because I thought they would drop it off at the leasing office.

thestylingroom @allielangford55 no, the labels expire so that one is already expired. The labels have barcodes that are scanned for tracking and location purposes. The barcode for that label has the original address on it. If we did that, we would be committing mail fraud, they probably wouldn't accept it at the post office, and it would be sent to the exact place it was before without an apartment number. I don't believe they allow you to write in stuff like that since it's a prepaid label.

thestylingroom @allielangford55 that, and the label was already used so even if it did somehow work, there wouldn't be any delivery information to protect either of us. The "delivered" indication on the tracking is something posh uses to start processing a seller's payment release. It's quite a lot to explain, and I don't want to leave a novel for you to read in your listing comments hahaha.

thestylingroom @allielangford55 would USPS not allow you to pick up from your local post office, or let you request to leave it at the leasing office, or intercept it? Usually they allow that if you provide a photo ID with address confirmation on it.
