ryanmgb @eastcoastknows absolutely, There are lipstick marks at the top of the garment and it would not be first quality to send it over to ya. I was reading and apparently you can use a few solvents to get them out but I wouldn’t want you to get something and not have a stellar experience with a pristine item. I can send it over for a discount if you would like it for 10 I can do that instead of the previous price. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!!! :)

laurensophie Hi the cardigan was definitely more than the sweater. So I would take 31. For cardigan and 21 for the sweater. Based on pricing I would think that's fair. How do you release payment for that portion? Or will u just return both items?

Bummer you couldnt keep the sweater but I guess they aren't flexible. Wish we could have handled this offline. I would have refunded u and you could have kept both and donated the stained one. It's my first time dealing with a return. Live and learn. Enjoy your day.

salbarley I forgot to mention that the Keen Atlanta shoes you made the offer on have the keen K20 Utility insoles in them. They are thicker and offer much more cushion than the ones that came with the shoes. They are a upgrade insole that I got from amazon when I purchased the shoes. They were $30. They will come with the shoes as well as the original insoles. Thanks!
