jujubeeshop I just had to cancel the Dress you ordered I accidentally cut the Dress when preparing shipment. The only other size I have is a Large so I know that will not work. Sorry for the inconvenience.

itsmejack Hello Allie, I just wanted to know if you received the madewell dress yet? I shipped it out the day after you purchased (7/24) so it should have arrived on Thursday. I checked the tracking number on the usps website and it says "alert awaiting delivery scan" but the tracking history shows that it was "out for delivery" on the 26th. I just want to make sure you got it and usps didn't lose it which would be terrible.

itsmejack Hi I just wanted to follow up with you since USPS has not updated any new information via tracking info. I've checked poshmark faq to see what the process is- I think you have to select "order not delivered" where it says problems/order inquiry in your purchase page. Poshmark will most likely file a missing package report with USPS.

itsmejack I'd like to get this resolved because I have never had a package take so long to get to the buyer before and it is making me worry that the USPS does not update anything in the tracking history page.
