cardosia1 Thank you for loving my Rainboots! As I started packing the boots for shipment, I found a crack in one of the lower quilts of the right boot. There is an option to cancel the order because the item is damaged so I can do that now. I love Poshmark and want everyone to be happy with each sale and purchase!! Please let me know how you’d like to go forward. I sincerely apologize!

cardosia1 I emailed Poshmark Support for advice - if you still wanted the boots I would like to at least show you a picture of where the tear is and of course lower the price substantially!!

cardosia1 @allisonjolee that’s what I asked Poshmark Support!! I’m going to post a pic in my closet as a “not for sale item” so you can see, I was hoping there’d be a way to get it to you directly, but their response email said they will get back with me in 24 hours. Posting now!
