@aleekelly when you purchase something when it arrives. You should receive an email. You can follow the link. You have a choice to leave feedback or juat accept the package. If the seller doesn't do anything after 3 days Poshmark releases the money that you paid to the seller. Poshmark released the funds today to me. I hope this helps☺
