arianagarcia21 Hey Allie, you just purchased the Iro jacket. Unfortunately, when I took it out of storage, I noticed the top button is broken.(just doesn’t clasp). The one below it works fine and so still clasps the top part of the jacket. I’m happy to cancel the order and lower the price by 10dollars (it’s an easy fix, I just prob would sell as is if you don’t want to take it anymore) Let me know what you would like me to do.

krold88 @alliec853 yeah it takes a while for them to respond but they do eventually. I got a message from them a few days ago about it,and it has happened before and they will eventually issue a refund. Good luck!
