@aktm1422 under purchases, don’t accept it, click “open a case”. Once Poshmark approves, they’ll send you a label to mail back. If you’re interested in the item still, I’ll be more than happy to offer you the same price 😊

@aktm1422 if you go to “my purchases” in settings and click on the purchase, is there a button on the bottom that says “problems/order inquiries” or something along those lines? From there, you can submit it but if not, let me know and I can dig further!

@aktm1422 okay thank you!! Hopefully they respond on time before it closes. I know on the app you can go to your profile on the bottom right and then click on “my purchases” to open the case. I also have an additional sweater if you’re still interested and you can place it in a bundle and I can offer you the same price to ship to you if that works.

@aktm1422 poshmark emailed me back and told me that you would have to open a case. i believe today is the last day because it expires tomorrow. let me know if you still have issues in opening the case agaisnt me.
