allison0429 @brirychalsky I am very sorry. I do think if the makeup was in a smaller box or had huddle wrap then it wouldn’t have been damaged. It was so severe that I questioned if the item was in new condition.

barbambassador Hi Allison 😊 I appreciate your purchase. I shipped that out on the 18th. I accidentally printed out two shipping labels with your address. At the time, I thought you had purchased two items separately. I even explained in one of the notes about bundling. I contacted Poshmark. I believe they will send a shipping label for you to return the package containing the full set. I will let you know for sure when they answer me.

barbambassador @allison0429 Hi Allison, I just heard back from Poshmark. When you receive the items. You would open a case stating you received the wrong item. They will send you a shipping label to return the set. This is never happen before, but I will notify them that I have already sent you your item. I am so sorry for the extra inconvenience. I also received a message stating USPS is experiencing delays. I am guessing because of bad weather in certain areas. Please enjoy the rest of your day 🌹🌹
