runningirl49 Hi I just read your experience on Facebook about how you thought you were getting scammed with your expensive LV clutch, I'm going through the same experience you had right now with an LV Bag and I'm trying to reach out to poshmark and im not hearing anything from them and the buyer is not communicating with me what do you suggest I can do so I can get my bag back too? Its going on 4 days...😫

allisoncurran @runningirl49 I finally got poshmark to respond to me after tagging them several times in posts and sending multiple " help tickets" . They are supposed to let you know if the buyer contests the purchase - and then they go through a process . They never let me know anything so I had no idea what was going on . After finally getting a hold of them two weeks later , they said they were waiting on pictures from the buyer of contesting the purchase

allisoncurran @runningirl49 It was fishy because it was in the same box I sent it in , the card and gift I sent the buyer wasn't ever opened , and the buyer had nothing on her poshmark profile . I am thinking it was poshmark doing random " audits" in bags to make sure they are authentic . They ended up saying there was a teeny tiny oil mark on the wristlet.. that happens naturally with human touch Bc of the leather

allisoncurran @runningirl49 well if she doesn't accept or rate it by the 7th day , poshmark automatically releases payment . She paid when she purchased the bag , posh just holds payment .

runningirl49 Well i had to create my on label because of the box being so big and I accidentally put it on top of poshmark original label, which didn't scanned, so when the buyer received the package she could not go into the app and receive the package because UPS USPS didn't show it in their system so now she has a box that she can't receive in and now that's the hold up and I can't get paid and I can't get a hold of poshmark to tell them this
