costumedmel Hi Allison: I am so so sorry that the zipper isn’t working for you. I had no clue that it was broken. I have not worn that jacket in years and I never really used the zipper much bc am in California and it warm. I reached out to posh to ask them about options since the purchase already went through. I’ll let you know if I hear anything. Again, I am so sorry.
