Hi! I'm Allison. I have lots of gems on my closet that I must get rid of!! Living in NYC closet space is a limited commodity and I NEED to downsize. All of my items are in great condition as I am a bit of a fanatic about keeping them that way. mbwatson19 Allie, I must of accidentally purchased these sorel boots, they aren’t even the right size! I have not received them yet, but I would like to return them to you and get a refund. Is this possible?

allie7800 @mbwatson19 I’m not sure how that works?? You can try to return them once you receive them but I think you haven’t go through the app. I’m not sure it’s up to me?

allie7800 @mbwatson19 if you do figure out how to work the return please don’t unwrap them. I wrapped them up cute and secure and don’t want to have to do that again. Just place a new shipping label on top of mine if you wouldn’t mind. Thank you so much! Let me know how it goes.
