I hope you can help me out, I have really been enjoying shopping on here until recently, I have had some bad experiences, enough to close my account. I thought maybe you could help me. I ordered some coach prescription glasses $40. Well the girl mailed me shorts instead. I mailed them back, the other person refused to mail my glasses to the seller. My card has been charged. The girl told me to pick other stuff from her closet and we would get straight.

matadora1978 @allison1170 hi! ty for reaching out ...i really think this is a poshmark issue ..you should email them and tell them the problem ...they have to refund you if you didnt get what you paid for. but do it fast and if you have any kind of proof from the seller or the other buyer (conversations you had take a screenshot and send it to pm) i wish you luck! please keep me posted! :)

mistyleecpht81 @allison1170 I subscribed to the post office text alerts on tracking that package to you, I got a text update this morning saying "undeliverable as address". I used the shipping label that I printed from this site. Is your address correct? Check out the tracking info on your end!

allison1170 @mistyleecpht81 we are in the process of moving but we are still here till the 30th. And we have already also forwarded the mail so I should be covered either way! They better deliver it, I really want that and more so don't want to mess you up. I wanted to wait to change my address on here till I got the purse and I ordered a watch too. All they have to do is deliver it. What can I do on my end?!
