jesshog @allisonsuehenry How exciting.... 😀 Go to your home screen, bottom right corner where you see your screen name. Select it, scroll down to “My Purchases”, click on the Marc Jacobs bag and you’ll see a button that says Accept. Click Accept then it will ask you to rate the item 1-5 stars and if you want to leave a personal comment. Then click submit upper right hand corner 👍🏻

jesshog Did that work? Posh won’t release funds to any of the sellers until you click on Accept Order from your My Purchases screen. Let me know if you have more questions.
