allison_porter @kimminecole Yes, this mistake was already addressed by Poshmark. You should have received a shipping label to send the swimsuit directly to the person who actually purchased it. That person is sending the bear outfit directly to you.

allison_porter @kimminecole on Aug 26th they responded to my email saying they had resent the label to you. It should probably be in your email, with a notification on the app in "news" that it was sent. That's how I receive all shipping labels for purchased listings. If you still can't find it, please reach out to customer service directly so they can help you.

kimminecole I don’t have an email from them, and I’m not sure I should be the one to reach out to poshmark because I did not make the mistake. Thank you. However, If you give me the address to the buyer, I would gladly ship it to them, seeing that you would pay me for the shipping cost. Or perhaps you’ve already settled the situation with them.

allison_porter @kimminecole I have sent 3-4 emails regarding this already. I'm sure the actual buyer and I would both appreciate it if you could take a few mins to ask; maybe they have the wrong email for you or something that only you could correct. I am not paying for the shipping; Poshmark is sending a prepaid label for the package. Shipping would be at no cost to anyone. If you are unable to email, I don't think there is anything else I can do. Hopefully we will both have better luck with future purchases.
