Hi! I'm Allie. Some of my favorite brands are Burberry, Lululemon athletica, Athleta, Vineyard Vines, White House Black Market, AG and Joe’s jeans (I ❤️denim!) and UGG. I have women’s, men’s, and children’s items for sale - many have either never been worn or worn only once or twice. Everything I list is in excellent condition- the rest gets donated. abm021 @bridgetcamacho I wrote a comment to you, but I think it was actually to Poshmark support. I’m sorry that it took so long and was damaged in the process. I don’t know what to do as I’ve never had a return before. Has Poshmark given you any guidance?

abm021 @bridgetcamacho I think Priority includes insurance against damage and loss, so I guess I need to check with USPS as well regarding a claim.

abm021 @bridgetcamacho I don’t know how bad the damage is, so if you would rather not, it’s okay...but would you want to keep it and touch up the marks and I’ll send you $10? If not, I understand, and we can start a return request and insurance claim. Poshmark still makes their money, so shouldn’t be an issue.

abm021 @bridgetcamacho I received an email that said you would receive a full refund. No need to return the item. They were also releasing my payment as well. I guess the postal insurance covered the damage incident.

abm021 @bridgetcamacho in other words, they won’t “replace” it, but you get to keep that one for free. Hopefully it can be touched up.

abm021 @luxurytingzshop Good morning, Brenda. Have you received any info on the return of the Nova Check bag? I brought it to the PO on 10/15, but the tracking info stalled after the scan. There’s been no movement that I can tell. I’ve contacted my local post office, the PO in Maryland, and Poshmark. The only ones not seeming too interested in helping is PM, as I’ve gotten no reply or assistance in tracking the package. Have you inquired on your end?
