chcoes4 Hi there, I saw that the sweater you ordered arrived wet and dirty and in an envelope. I will try to contact USPS to see what happened. I sent it clean and dry (it literally is like new - never worn) in a box. So, I wonder if they repackaged because something happened. Please know I wouldn’t send anything in that condition. I feel horrible that it arrived like that. :(

lars_allie @chcoes4 thanks for the update. I wish I could post a picture of a delivery I once received: dirty, shredded, mangled envelope--nothing inside--which looked like it had been dragged behind a truck while being chased by rottweilers. It had a sticker that said, "Sorry your package was damaged during delivery." LOL. Fortunately, everything washed out! I had the same sweater previously and wore the elbows plum out from using it all the time. So happy to have found another! <3
