jmmora07 Hi Allison, Thank you for the prompt shipping, but the watch shows it's still connected your Apple account, iCloud and find my phone app. It says to connect or disconnect to an account starting with a..... at aol dot com. Can you go into 'devices' in your apple account and remove it from your account? Thanks😊

jmmora07 Good evening, Sorry this didn't work out, but I would prefer to keep the watch providing you can remove your account. I purchased another while I was waiting. The seller also had to remove the Apple ID from the watch after we received it, but she did remove it. You may have to go into your apps and remove it from there. I just think we are missing a step. Anyway, if you can remove your account, I will close the return and keep it. PM will then release the funds. Thanks, I hope we can resolve t
