myrriahjoy Hi. While I was packing up your sports bra I noticed a small bit of damage. It’s on the interior neck lining and doesn’t extend to any visible part of the top. It’s a small snag/hole to the stretch fabric. I’m gonna cancel and resist the item at $10. I will tag you so you if u wish to repurchase you can.

cvhodgson @sonnysulouff So I was able to mail the bag now. My husband snuck back in past the law-enforcement road blockage to get to our house for something else. It looks like he got the dust bag a little bit dirty. Sorry about that. I wasn’t able to include a thank you note and it’s just in a mailer bag and not a box. The guy at the POSTNET store said it should be fine, but just let me know when you get it if it is not in the same condition and I’ll make it right.

sonnysulouff @cvhodgson Hi! I just received the bag (see pics above)- it is very dusty. The dustbag is also stained, and the bag has some sort of pasta stain on the inside and on the zipper? It looks like pasta sauce. I like the bag a lot and it’s in great shape but I’m a little frustrated because the care card says to take it to a leather cleaner so I don’t even know how to clean it myself without paying someone

cvhodgson @sonnysulouff I’m sorry that I missed the stain the inside and on the zipper track. I only used it a handful of times and it’s been stored in my closet for a couple of years. I paid over $300 for it brand new at Macy’s. I understand if you’d rather have one that’s in like new condition. The dust bag was in perfect condition and that was my husband’s mistake putting it in a box that had some kind of dirt in it in the rush to get it out of our house during and evacuation. 😬

cvhodgson @sonnysulouff I would use a damp soft cloth on the outside of the bag, and oxyclean clean on the inside. And I would use a soapy washcloth on the zipper track. But I don’t want to tell you what to do to the bag and it cause damage. You could try googling it if you want more expert advice. I’ll leave that up to you and then if you still want a refund after you decide, I’m happy to accommodate that.
