marukun I think poshmark team never received the video that I sent. I am upset but there’s nothing I can do now. I should of just exchange the wallet. But after all this, I still like the wallets so thanks!

ma7223lich @marukun it was a long shot they were going to approve a return for a stubborn zipper. The wallet is new and the inner zipper will loosen up as it gets used. You can also put something on it that will loosen it up as well. Hope you enjoy them both. Happy New Year. Allison
