acstyles4less Hi Allison I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience. But I just wanted to make sure before ordering did you read the description underneath the listing? And I also took photos of the inside of the bag and posted that on the listing as well. And as far as the packing the item goes I stuffed the bag and left love notes. just FYI in the future I am not a professional business these are my things that I'm selling. Again I'm sorry that you had a bad experience.

acstyles4less @allisoningle01 well I assure you that the tape was definitely on the bottom of the box when it left my home. I just pride myself on trying to make people happy and I obviously didn't make you happy but you gave me a poor review because the bag wasn't clean. I assure you it was as you can see from the photos it had stains on the inside which I disclosed in the description.

acstyles4less @allisoningle01 why would it matter if it came in an Amazon box anyway? The problem that I have is that you got the bag I took pictures of the issues of the bag and I put it in the description but you gave me a poor rating because the bag came in an Amazon box? Why would that matter.

acstyles4less @allisoningle01 and just FYI it came in the Amazon box because I didn't have a box big enough to ship the bag stuffed I would have had to fold it over just to ship the bag and I don't like shipping bags unstuffed because it looks better. So anyway I apologize that your experience was so bad I wish you would have just tried to return it I would have less you return it instead of giving me a poor review

The price is pretty firm, with a little wiggle room but they are brand new & listed for lower then most vans on Poshmark. $35 would be the absolute lowest I would go. elizabethliz777 HI so sorry for delayed response. I love repeat buyers i am flexible and love to bundle as you know. if you see anything please let me know. I did ship your coat on Saturday it is in a big box i did not want to smash it because of the down filled quilts when you get the coat out of box please fluff it then take it by the bottom of coat and fluff like in a motion when you fluff a pillow sometimes the down will settle but we want them up and full.
