katybialczak Hi! You bought my Cath Kidston messenger bag. I scheduled a USPS pickup for last Thursday morning and set it out on the porch. However, I was traveling that day and only got back into town this evening. I just noticed someone, my daughter or mother in law,) brought it inside assuming it had been delivered to me. (They don’t read labels.) 🤷🏼‍♀️ Anyway, point is, I will mail it tomorrow morning if it’s not too late for you. I am so sorry.

philandnatalie Hello! You purchased the red saltwater sandals. I shipped them but it still reads pending shipment scan? I’m hoping it’s due to holiday slow downs because they aren’t in my possession anymore! Hopefully they show they are in route by Monday!!! I dropped them off on Thursday.

buttonstyle Hi Allison, I’m so sorry about the shoe strap. The shoes belonged to my mother. I honestly didn’t see the rip, and I definitely would have repaired it, mentioned it, or not listed the item. You are more than welcome to ask Poshmark for a refund. I really do think they will work fine for what I need them for this summer, or I might be able to add a few stitches in there. No need for a return or refund! Thank you for following up, though!
