ellyfong Hi, thanks for commenting on my account. I just wonder if you’ve gotten any comments of people wanting things, but they’re really sketchy with only a few followers and weird usernames. I have gotten 3 or 4 already and i just want some real customers. Also, how long did it take to sell your first piece of clothing, i feel like i haven’t been selling and it’s been a few weeks already.

allison_br00ke @ellyfong great questions. I joined 9/29/19 and just closed my first sale this past Thursday. I didnt post things right away. It took me time to put together what I wanted to sell. Considering that, it went really fast. This particular person could have seemed sketch on paper. About 200 followers, only following 3, no listings at the time. But it ended up being a good sale. She was interested and made her offer and didnt low ball me.

allison_br00ke @ellyfong This is a very social app so you definitely want to keep sharing your listings throughout the day, follow people, follow your followers back, and share people's listing. All of that stuff can be a time suck but it pays in the end. When you share people's postings they are likely to share back which is super helpful with getting you out there in other people's feeds. You dont want to just post and wait around for something to happen. You need to be active.
