thepinkarrow Hi. I noticed you had left 3 stars feedback for the City Chic dress and now you lowered it to one. I purchased that dress from Nordstrom Rack and never wore it. I checked it thoroughly and didn't notice any imperfections or I wouldn't have listed it. The only thing I can think that could be a hole is the hole that is there so you can put the fabric string through to wrap it around and tie it. I'm sorry but the fact that it doesn't fit how you expected is not my fault and neither is the material

thepinkarrow I would have appreciated a return request instead of a bad feedback. That way you wouldn't be stuck with a dress you can't wear and you would have had a chance to send pictures of the hole. I would have had the opportunity to accept your return request and get the dress back.

thepinkarrow @allisonborror of course it does. It’s a wrap dress. Wrap dresses have a hole on the side. You have to put the fabric belt through it in order to be able to tie it around correctly. That’s probably why you couldn’t get it to fit right.
