craftyvettech Good morning, I’m so sorry your item was broken when you received it. I used plenty of bubble wrap and packing paper not sure what else I could have done to prevent breakage. You could have reported the break to Poshmark for them to handle the situation. Sorry again for USPS screw up! Have a great day!
