kickinitcountry Hi I'm Darlene and I am the one you spoke to that you bought your boots from. they have released your payment to me by mistake I'm not going to accept it. it just takes a few days to get through to their customer service but I am working very hard on fixing this

It usually takes 24 hours for them to email me back.I am so so sorry for this big mix-up but I will make it right I promise

nebraska87 @bornbohemian65 If you sent the boots to me there would be a tracking number you could provide, with my information. If you can find that and show that you sent the boots to me the second time corresponding with the date you told me you sent them, great...then there can be a step in the right direction to figure out where the package ended up. If that ONE package was stolen out of my garage with several packages that I get every week, then that’s on me to figure out.

You also never supplied me instruction or with an address (like you said you would) to forward a package to a lady who never received what she paid for.
