xallyberryx @rayshonboyd_ hay. Sorry about that. We paired it before we shipped it to make sure everything was working. I thought we disconnected it but apparently we didn’t. I just fixed it now on my end. It said to connect it to WiFi or internet right now and it should erase and disconnect our pairing. Sorry about that. Please let me know if you run into any other issue.

rayshonboyd_ If I’m not mistaken, I think you have log into your iCloud account and remove the device from there from what I was reading online
