melodicious02 hi Ally! I'm inquiring about a purchase I made from you that I've never received and the tracking has said the same thing for 2 weeks. I ordered it on Dec 22nd. and it was bought as a last minute Christmas gift. i knew itd be late of course but its been 18 days now. if you know of a way I can find out what's wrong, plz let me know.

melodicious02 @allysidloski I bought the crossbody coach purse on Dec. 22nd....USPS tracking says they never received it. POSHMARK tracking says it's STILL IN OHIO. I am in FLORIDA. And it's Jan 13th. 22 days since I bought it, and still no sign of it. did you even ship it?

allysidloski @melodicious02 the USPS tracking number is 9405511202061465939893 - I have just tracked it on their website (which shows proof i shipped it on december 25th- if you would like to take a look). That is absurd they have not gotten it to you yet. I will call them and ask but you are welcome to call them too with the tracking number. I am so sorry. I will continue to look into it and keep you updated.

allysidloski I have also just noticed an email i got from poshmark on January 4th that said it was “back on its way” to you- and they are sorry for the delay. So i am hoping this means it will be arriving somewhat soon. I will still contact USPS however
