@mkr62990 Hi Megan! I am so sorry to hear that the boots did not fit. However, poshmark has a no return policy unless the item is damaged or not as described. Due to this, if you wanted to make a return - shipping would have to be paid by the buyer or seller and the seller would lose money due to the fee poshmark takes out. (See next comment.)
