amcginnis79 Hey I’m the one who bought your Apple Watch, it just arrived and it says it’s locked, locked to you Apple ID. I need you to disconnect from the watch, it said that you used “find my iPhone” it says you have to remove the device from your account. If you don’t then the watch is useless.

bearpny1394 HI there! Oh no, I am so sorry! I had my husband disconnect everything and then we did a factory reset on it. Its not showing up on my phone, but I am unpairing my current one just in case there is a glitch or something. I am working on this now!

bearpny1394 I went into "find my phone" and removed all the watches. Please let me know if this helped!

bearpny1394 I was able to delete everything for that devise from icloud and confirmed with Apple that it is no longer attached to my apple id. If you have any other issues please let me know! So sorry for the trouble but I hope everything is working normally now. :)
