I noticed you gave me a one star rating on an excellent bundle I negotiated and sent to you. If you are unhappy with your purchase were more than welcome to return it and I would suggest you do so in the future if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Posh Mark is a friendly place where we try to have a happy ending for everybody and if you’re that unhappy with your purchase I would much rather have you return it and buy something that makes you happy.

Hi. I see that you left me negative feedback on an item that was just shipped. Please allow at least a couple days after shipment for the order to arrive. I would appreciate it you would adjust your rating after you have received the item. Negative feedback can be damaging to sellers especially when the order has not yet had a chance to arrive. I noticed your 1 star rating on the holiday mugs. I wrapped them carefully with bubble wrap and tissue paper in a large box but I can't, nor can anyone guarantee them arriving perfect everytime. I would have been glad to return them had I have gotten a notice of this defect. I apologize. I will gladly deduct $5.05 from a future order.

Hello, I’m the seller that accepted your offer for $10 on my $35 item. In the listing I provided measurements, a size tag photo, as well as a size for the listing, juniors 3. your item shipped within an hour of accepting your offer. I received a 1 star review from you. You claim the garment ran way small for a 3. It’s a juniors 3 as listed. Your review is unfair to me and if possible, I would really hope you could delete it as I provided ample resources for you to refer to.

Hey! I just saw your rating and you said you never received your package. You should email Poshmark and let them know. I cant access tracking on your item anymore since it said it was delivered. If your package got lost Poshmark should be able to help you or give you an answer on what to do next.

I see you left me a one star, negative review. I had all measurements and sizes listed accurately. They were even pictured! Your review is unfair and is damaging to my stats. I see you are doing this to everyone who sends you something that doesn't fit. It is totally unfair that we sellers are stuck with your negative reviews simply because you do not read or pay attention to the listings you are purchasing. I wish there were a way to blast you and warn other sellers on Poshmark!

@tetris2680 you can flag this post (up above). In addition, you click on her name, then the three dots and "report user" I believe it says. Also, on her order where she left you the negative review, there's a section that says to contact poshmark and you write an explanation of how she is making careless purchases, and leaving many users one star reviews for no valid reason. I left her a private message asking what she was disgruntled about, what was the problem with her purchase & what I did wrong on my end & I got nothing.

@tetris2680 @caraincali She got a brand new item still in the package, wrapped up nice, a nice posh card I wrote out, a nice free gift bag of goodies, a deal of half price on a brand new item & shipped out the next day 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t know what I could have done wrong? I’ve never gotten a 1 star rating before & no feedback as to why! Just “needs improvement” ??? I got on & started reading all your comments & find out I’m not the only one. It’s not right of her & unfair!!!

@blondiesbest I've still got no response from her. My items were brand new as well, free gift, quick shipping, and she only paid $6 for the outfit. She left something nasty like "I should've never bought them, guess I'll find someone else to give them to". That gives me an idea that the items didn't fit. But, I had measurements pictured 🤔

@tetris2680 mine was a brand new comforter still in the package but plenty of pics take & the size was for a full bed, listed on there 2 or 3 times. I’m super detailed. Almost too detailed actually so all the info was right there for her. & if I somehow missed something she wanted to know - then ask me questions !! Not hard ! Don’t just purchase & not read or ask & then complain later, not our fault 😳 Well let’s hope something happens & posh contacts her or bans her 🤞
