happi_accidents Hi, sorry for the delay (re: Mansur Gavriel Tote). I shipped Monday, next business day after your purchase Saturday afternoon, had to file a case with USPS because it didn’t start tracking Monday night. Once I filed the case, they found the package and scanned it in Wednesday. Est Arrival date Friday. Should of been Thursday.... apologies. This happens 1/50 shipments I have w/ USPS. If you don’t complain and file a claim within 24 hours, could of delayed even longer!
