allysonholloway @avantiboutique I have a question for you. I was trying to make offers on items on closet clear out. When I reduced the shipping prices, the program still deduced the reduction in shipping from my estimated earnings. Do you think there is a step I may be missing. I clicked on the link in the newsfeed but I still had to go to my closet and pull up they item. Can you assist please.

avantiboutique @allysonholloway Hi Allyson. I don't usually participate in the closet clear out's. Try not reducing the shipping price. If posh is supposed to be paying the shipping just send the customer the lower price on the item and dont give them a shipping discount. Try that.
