Hi there, hope you are well. So I shipped out your sons shoes three days ago and they still have yet to start tracking. I am not sure what could have gone wrong, as I literally handed the package to the post office worker. I am hoping it starts tracking soon but if not you’ll be able to get your money back from posh. I’m so sorry for this issue 😞 really hoping they get to you though!
