almaskhatri4u @jchughes85 hello, i am not sure how that happened .. so the box say 12 and the shoes are size 13 Inside the box?. You can contact poshmark or open a return case for sending it back and getting a refund.. thankyou

jchughes85 @almaskhatri4u yes, the box says 12 but the size on the shoe is 13. Also because I hit delivered or accept on the order, Poshmark will not help me return the item or get a refund. I'll try and sell them to get my money back.

jchughes85 @almaskhatri4u so do you have the right size in the same shoe? Size 12? Also Poshmark is not going to assist in returning the shoes or getting a refund because I marked the item as delivered. If you have the right size and want to send them then I'll return the wrong sized ones.
