ltollander Hi Almira.....just received the dress today,......there’s a 7 inch tear on the bottom of the dress along with multiple other same rips there’s also a two inch tear on the butt right under the zipper bottom with many missing beads.....also a significant stain on the upper side of the dress. What can be done about this?

miremusovic @ltollander hi! Yes the dress was long so it did drag on the floor but I didn’t realize there were rips by the zipper. My apologies. Are you willing to take $75 back to possibly cover dry cleaning costs? (I’m basing that on NY prices).

miremusovic @ltollander so I just sent the question the Poshmark support because I’ve never done that before. If there’s no way of doing it through here, then maybe if you have chase quick pay, something like that. Will keep you posted. Hopefully they will get back to me sooner rather than later.

miremusovic @ltollander actually I just heard back from them. They said to open a case where we talk to Poshmark costumer service to come to an agreement on the refund. Please let me know if you would rather go that route or do quic pay. Thanks! And I apologize for the inconvenience.
