lisamindy I understand your concern, there should have been an option under your purchases I believe to request a refund. The seller can't issue it out of pocket it has to be done via Poshmark. Also as the seller I only receive a percentage of what you paid, so I wouldn't even be able to give you the proper refund. Hope this helps.
