bellabonjour hi! you had an issue with the items cleanliness?? they were sent exactly as pictured and were priced to reflect that. i carefully and individually bubble wrapped every item so that nothing was tarnished. let me know what the issue was please. thank you.

bellabonjour @aloevp19 i’m not sure how it would’ve been covered in powder as there was no powder on it when i sent it, and it was used (that was stated in the description). i take pride in all my sales and when a customer doesn’t leave a 5⭐️ review i feel compelled to ask where i went wrong! thank you for letting me know and if you happen to find anything else of mine you like i’d be happy to offer you a discount for your troubles! :)
