ddiscolo @alorasuarez the inside label said 2x? Is that not right? I’m so sorry I thought it said 2X on the inside. Its the only I have, I’ll put in a ticket so you can return. My apologies. Ugh can’t believe I did that .

ddiscolo @alorasuarez they will contact you via email, just tell them wrong size was sent- from what was labeled. They will will send you the shipment label to send back to me. Pain in the butt, again this isn’t my norm.

ddiscolo @alorasuarez just got response, ridiculous they say you have to put in the claim. Please go in and just put a claim in the area you would normally accept- don’t accept though. I’m really sorry I thought I could tell them I sent wrong size and they would send response. Just tell them not the size advertised. Apologize again.
