vcribb I'm sorry to hear about your health problems. Like you I am also having problems and this is a supplement for my disability, I have nodules on my right lung they're keeping a close eye on them to make sure they don't start growing. But them along with COPD is causing me to have a lot of breathing problems. Good luck on your Poshing. Lots of luck on your health issues and finding something that works.

arlbrown @kathyschmoldt hi there, welcome! poshmark can definitely be a bit confusing at first. below each item, there is a heart, a talking bubble, and a circle of arrows. the heart saves an item in your "my likes" list, the talk bubble lets you leave comments and ask questions, and the arrows are for sharing. click on that, and it will ask you who you want to share with and choose "my followers".

sundancemom72 I also am in chronic pain and have been waiting another disability appeal.. pain is frustrating, but waiting for the broken legal system ( having both a legal and medical assisting degree) are even more frustrating. This helps keep my mind off the pain and helps my children with clothing. So, I can definitely relate.

lalichty Hello! I have Graves’ disease and have been on the paleo autoimmune protocol for about a year now along with my thyroid meds. I can tell if I eat something I’m not supposed to, because my thyroid symptoms flare up. If you’re interested check out autoimmunewellness.com. It’s amazing what food and lifestyle shifts can do! They can be put in washer. insoles too. I scrubbed insoles. The bottom and quality of these shoes is excellent. You cab/t find these anymore. I give great deals, and wish you miracles today.
