janaes28 Buyer did give me a low rating on an item that I did disclose as having flaws I would repair. Buyer stated there was a 2 in flaw not repaired without proof after I asked for this oversight. Buyer said item was as described and shipped quickly. Buyer simply could’ve asked for refund or return back to me. Disappointed with my experience with this buyer.

You did ship quickly and I appreciate it, but I went back through the listing photos and none of them showed the hole that doesn’t appear to be new. I will repair it, thus I didn’t want to return but it did feel like a big omission in the listing. I’m sorry for upsetting you but surely you can see this was also not ideal on my end.
