fashionsavvy383 @pinkposh1223 Welcome to Poshmark!! Yes getting first sale can be nerve racking but it will happen. It took me about 3-4 wks. than after that it took off. Your closet looks great, great Variety of items and pictures are awesome. price points are good so no advice I can give but be patient. when we r new people are scared to be 1st buyer there’s no ratings on us so it’s risky, once you have sales & get good ratings then things sell. wish you all the best!! ❤️

Firstly, I’m so very sorry your package arrived to you in a way that you were not satisfied with. I started selling on this platform simply because I enjoy listing / selling items that buyers will ultimately love and feel excited about.

pinkposh1223 @cnchristman hi there! Thanks for reaching out. The reason I gave that rating was because I was a little disappointed in the wallet. There were some scratches on the front and some sort of grime or staining on the front and back. Normally this would be fine, but you listed the item as new and in perfect condition. Also, The colors are pink and green not pink and cotton candy blue. I have a leather cleaner and conditioner so hopefully I can remove the grime and make the scratches less obvious.

cnchristman (Cont.) I’ll admit that it came as quite the surprise to me that this particular item brought feelings of disappointment and again, I’m sorry this happened to you. I’d like to note that on the same day I prepare to ship any sale I have made, photos are taken and stored on my phone before packaging and dropping off so as to ensure my due diligence was done and the item(s) are being sent to the new owner in the condition that was described. I recall carefully packing your wallet.

cnchristman Had I seen any dirt or distress, not just on this item, but ANY item I choose to sell, I would’ve stated such in my description. I feel the worst that you felt I wasn’t transparent enough with you. This is never my intention. In fact, transparency is something I not only expect, but demand from others. That’s why I strive to give the same respect and honesty to anyone I cross paths with. The color, honestly looked pink and cotton candy blue. Solely based on my opinion not fact.
