ktotz Hi there! I shipped your pants on Monday, May 18. I’m not sure why the package hasn’t been scanned in by the post office and isn’t tracking. I’m going to do some research and figure out what is going on and where those pants are at. I’m sorry about this! I’m going to do everything possible to fix it.

ktotz Hi there! I was able to track your pkg of pants on the USPS website. The website said the pkg was forwarded to a different address at 9:32 am this morning (May 20) in Cleveland, OH. According to the website, “This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect.” I will keep you posted if I hear anything more. I signed up for text alerts, so I will get updates along the way.
