empireoftheants Hi Aloyana, thank you for purchasing the the Maeve top from me. I was trying to print the shipping label but it doesn’t let me do it. It says “the buyer needs to update the address.” The same issue happened to the buyer who purchased a jacket from me. She end up contacting the Poshmark support group and they fixed the issue for her. Hope you can fix it easily so I can send the top. Cheers, Elena

empireoftheants @nekosan_au Hi Alyona, I’ve heard from Poshmark and they told me the issue is that you are using PO Box as your address and Sendle doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes. Do you have any other address you can use? Cheers, Elena
