Oh No! I am sorry things were broken in your package. I ship breakables weekly and havenpt have anything break in 2 years. That box must have taken a major slam. Everything is insured so please contact USPS through their website to file a claim . I heard they are easy to do . If you have problems please contact Poshmark because the label was purchased through them .
