lolow33 @akw1722 I am very deeply sorry that you thought it was wrong of me to return the heels that looked worn or poorly taken care of. I was under the impression that I had explained my reasoning for returning the heels to which you responded by saying, "Ok fair enough my apologie hun" and now you're feeling differently? I guess I will apologize again and explain a little more this this time.

lolow33 You said the heels were never worn except tried on. Possibly the bottom of the heel can support that claim, but then why did they look the way they did? Were they left in sun? Did a dog or animal get to them? All I was saying is that a shoe that is not worn CAN'T POSSIBLY look like that. But you said they were not worn, ok, then why all the damage? Your pics did NOT show ALL scuffs, marks, wear and peeling (which I've never seen before by the way).

lolow33 @akw1722 Yes I did purchase them expecting some wear LIKE WHAT was pictured, but when I opened the box, there was more damage than just what was pictured. How am I not suppose to be a little bothered or upset? In my opinion if you, myself or anyone purchases anything from Posh, Merc, Ebay or any other website, and you receive it with more damage than what was described or pictured, you ain't going to be happy. Sorry but I wasn't happy and sorry I did return them

lolow33 @akw1722 You have the shoes back, just sell them to someone else that will purchase them as is. I have purchased many things here and was happy because I got what was described and exactly what was pictured. I just want to order something, use it and be happy, not return it =(
